About Paul M. Garbarini

Paul Garbarini is an attorney in private practice in Northampton, Massachusetts. For over twenty years Paul has provided general legal services, with a concentration in representing and advising licensed health care practitioners and health care entities in administrative, civil and criminal matters. Paul is General Counsel to the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacists Association. Since 2006 Paul has served as Lecturer of Pharmacy Practice at the Northeastern University, Bouvé College of Health Sciences, School of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts as the sole instructor in Pharmacy Jurisprudence. Paul lectures extensively on the topic of Pharmacy Law for pharmacy continuing education purposes. He is also a licensed registered pharmacist.

In addition, for over ten years Paul has been certified by the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) in Massachusetts in the area of Mental Health Litigation and has been appointed by Probate and Family Court Justices to represent hundreds of respondents in Probate and Family Court matters.

Paul earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, Cum Laude, from the Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts in 1992, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 1992. Previously, Paul earned a B.S. in Biology, High Honors, from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York (1985) as well as a B.S. in Pharmacy, Magna Cum Laude, from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Boston, Massachusetts (1985).
